Exchanges/ Returns: You may Exchange with tags on items, non washed nor worn, if received & has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost. All exchanges must be handled within 14 days of delivery for any other item on our site. Return shipping costs will be at customers expense unless the return is a result of our error or Different Breed West choice (you received an incorrect, etc.). We do not accept straight Returns.
We understand that shopping online can be hard when finding the right size or color that works for you. Sometimes things just don't work out and the fit or fashion is not as perfect a match as you would like. We are a small business so while we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping.
Its not often but we are human and make mistakes in shipping. If that is the case please contact us and we will get ya taken care of right away.
All Sale and clearance items are final sale along with custom orders please understand that these take a while to be made or ordered in for you. We do expect payment prior to ordering. Shipment can take up to 14 days depending on the item and quantity.

Shipping: We know once you see that "Order Confirmed" you would like your our products in your hands. At times we are on the road traveling from event to event, with that being said at times it slows our shipping process down. We do ask that you allow about 4-5 business days to get items shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" if lost package needs to be claimed at post office.
Different Breed West does reserve the right to refuse service.
Please be aware clothing color may be a slight different color then pictured due to lighting.
