Refund policy

Exchanges/ Returns:

• No refunds; exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
• Customer-paid return shipping applies, except when we sent you an incorrect item.
• Sale, clearance, and custom orders are final sale.
• Please allow 4–5 business days for processing before shipment. Carrier delivery time is additional.
• Delivered packages must be handled through the carrier.
• Colors may vary slightly.
• If your requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item or receive store credit.
